New Restaurants in Courchevel 2026/2027

The Courchevel Dining Guide: Must-Book Restaurants and Slopeside Hotspots for Winter 2026/2027

A day on Courchevel’s slopes rarely ends with the final run. As the lifts begin to slow and the mountains settle into evening, the resort’s restaurants become destinations in their own right. The Courchevel Dining Guide by The S Collection explores top 4 spots for this season.

For Winter 2026/2027, Courchevel welcomes a collection of exciting arrivals alongside restaurants that have quickly established themselves among the resort’s most sought-after reservations. From long Italian lunches beside the pistes to elegant dinners that continue well into the evening, these are the tables worth planning your trip around.

The most anticipated culinary hotspots and openings hitting the slopes this season include:

ZIA
La Sivolière, Courchevel

This winter marks a new chapter for La Sivolière. The renowned five-star hotel reopens following a complete transformation as Sivolière Hôtel & Résidence.

At the heart of the redesign is ZIA, an inviting Italian restaurant created by Rocco Seminara and Manon Santini. Bright, contemporary and effortlessly welcoming, it brings the warmth of Italy to one of Courchevel’s most elegant addresses.

From leisurely breakfasts before the first lift to refined dinners after a day on the mountain, the menu follows the rhythm of alpine life. Fresh pasta, generous sharing plates and authentic Italian flavours create the kind of lunch that quietly becomes the highlight of the day.

Beefbar
L’Apogée, Courchevel

Hidden within Courchevel’s exclusive Jardin Alpin, Beefbar at L’Apogée has quickly become one of the resort’s hardest tables to secure.

Created by Riccardo Giraudi, the restaurant pairs contemporary alpine interiors with the globally recognised Beefbar menu. Premium Black Angus, Australian Wagyu and certified Japanese Kobe sit alongside signature dishes that have earned the brand its following, including Wagyu mini kebabs, Kobe carbonara and its distinctive house sauces.

Having only opened in December 2025. Beefbar enters only its second winter season while still carrying the energy of one of Courchevel’s newest dining destinations. Expect polished service, an international crowd and an atmosphere that feels lively without ever trying too hard.

La Bokka
Moriond, Courchevel

Some restaurants are made for dinner. La Bokka was made for the entire evening.

Bringing the spirit of the Italian Riviera into the mountains. This lively Moriond destination combines bold interiors with a warm, sociable atmosphere that begins with aperitivo and continues well into the early hours.

The kitchen focuses on authentic Italian comfort food prepared with ingredients sourced directly from Italy. Expect generous pizzas, fresh pasta, vibrant cocktails and tables designed for sharing. As the evening unfolds, live DJs gradually shift the mood from relaxed dinner to one of Courchevel’s most energetic nights out.

Still only one season into its story. La Bokka remains one of the resort’s freshest additions and one you’ll want to reserve well before arriving.

MayaBay
Maya Hotel, Courchevel

Bringing together the elegance of Monaco with the calm of Japanese design. MayaBay has introduced an entirely different dining experience to Courchevel.

Located inside the new Maya Hotel. The restaurant blends warm alpine materials with refined Asian influences, complemented by bespoke Lalique crystal installations that add subtle theatre without overwhelming the space.

The menu travels between Japan and Thailand with confidence. Delicate dim sum, fragrant curries and beautifully balanced sushi sit alongside signature dishes including the marinated black cod and the restaurant’s celebrated Croustillant Caviar.

Having opened in December 2025, MayaBay enters its second winter season as one of Courchevel’s most talked-about dining rooms. It is the kind of place that feels equally suited to a quiet dinner after the slopes or a memorable evening shared with friends.
