Hidden within Cheval Blanc Courchevel in Jardin Alpin, Yannick Alléno’s three-Michelin-starred restaurant is one of the most exclusive tables in the resort. With just five tables, dinner here feels closer to a private invitation than a conventional restaurant reservation.
The experience is contemporary, precise and unmistakably Alléno, with the chef’s celebrated approach to sauces, extraction and fermentation at the centre of the menu. Ingredients from Savoie bring the mountains into an experience that otherwise feels worlds away from traditional Alpine dining.
Slalom 1850 — Two Michelin Stars

Inside Le Strato, Slalom1850 brings a touch of Provence to the snow-covered heights of Courchevel 1850.
The restaurant holds two Michelin stars and is led by chef Thomas Prod’homme, whose cooking combines seasonal Alpine produce with influences drawn from his experience in Provence.
There is something particularly suited to Courchevel about Slalom: sophisticated without feeling overly ceremonial, rooted in French gastronomy while still reflecting its mountain surroundings.
It is an excellent choice for a long, elegant dinner after a day on the slopes.
Le Sarkara — Two Michelin Stars

Sarkara is the one to choose when traditional fine dining feels a little too predictable.
At Le K2 Palace, chef Sébastien Vauxion has created one of Courchevel’s most distinctive gastronomic experiences. Rather than following the usual progression of a French tasting menu, Sarkara explores an inventive world built around plants, fruits and pastry technique. The restaurant currently holds two Michelin stars.
It is playful, surprising and very different from almost anything else you can book in the resort.

Alpage — One Michelin Star
Courchevel 1850
At Hôtel Annapurna, Alpage offers a quieter interpretation of fine dining in Courchevel 1850.
Led by Jean-Rémi Caillon, the Michelin-starred restaurant opens for dinner and places its connection with the surrounding Alpine landscape at the centre of the experience.
The atmosphere is intimate and understated, making Alpage a particularly appealing choice for an evening when you want the quality of Michelin-starred dining without the theatre of one of Courchevel’s larger luxury addresses.
Its location on the Route de l’Altiport also makes it especially convenient for guests staying in the higher reaches of Courchevel 1850.
